Greg is a licensed New Jersey home inspector, electrician, and lifelong Jersey Shore resident. Growing up in a family real estate business, he was on job sites before he was old enough to drive — and spent over a decade as a professional electrician, giving him a deep understanding of how homes are actually built, not just how they look on the surface. He started his inspection career because he saw too many buyers getting generic inspections from people who didn't understand the Shore market. Coastal homes are different — flood zones, saltwater air, aging infrastructure, post-storm repairs that may or may not have been done right. Greg brings the kind of hands-on expertise that only comes from years of building, wiring, and inspecting properties in this region. You'll get a straight answer, a thorough report, and someone you can call after closing.

The expertise behind every inspection and every report
Michael holds a PhD in Cell Biology and a Master of Science in Microbiology — bringing a level of scientific rigor to environmental testing that most inspection companies simply can't match. His academic training gives Shoreline the ability to analyze results with real depth, not just check boxes on a form. Before co-founding Shoreline, Michael spent over seven years in industrial microbiology at Wawa Beverage, where environmental testing wasn't optional — it was critical. Monitoring microbial contamination, managing air and surface quality programs, and ensuring compliance in a high-volume production environment gave him the practical, hands-on expertise that directly translates to residential and commercial indoor air quality work.
